“Swatantra Rastrapremi Sachet Nepali Ekata Abhiyaan”, an organization of group of Nepalese youths who has been residing in Korea for employment has helped Dhurmus Suntali Foundation with 11 lakhs 84 thousand 8 hundred 63 rupees for ongoing project of Musahar Basti Re-built. The amount was collected by the organization through kind hearted and helping hands residing in Korea.
The amount was collected in a short duration as per Head Program Coordinator Sarbajit Saha and expressed delight in being able to help Dhurmus-Suntali Foundation. He also said it wasn’t very hard to collect the fund as people trusted and were happy to help Dhurmus Suntali Foundation. They handed the amount at the project site as well as volunteered a day’s labor for the project. The amount was collected among 400 people living in Korea. The initiation was taken by Yem Shrestha along with coordination of L.B. Shrestha and all those who participated in this massive campaign said Mr. Saha.
Mr. Sarbajit Saha told the very objective of this initiation was to create unity, harmony and brotherhood among all the Nepalese in and outside Nepal to raise awareness and motivation to work together. Two of the initiator of the fund raising campaign, Ram Dutta Joshi & Arun Shrestha said unity and co-ordination is the only stronghold we can build our country on. One of the member of the group, Sajan Sharma said apart from praising and admiring Dhurmus Suntali, it is equally important to support and help them rather than swearing the system and government.
In the handover event, Mr. Sitaram Kattel expressed his gratitude to the group and all those who participated in this campaign. He said these support has aspired and inspired them to continue helping the needy ones and building prosperous nation. He added if all the Nepalese are together than the day to see developed nation is not so far.
